Six years ago, we started our business and have featured Brisket beef Jerky in our local farmers markets here in Southern California. Enjoying the one on one in person and hands on way of starting a business in the good old USA! Along the way finding great people and customers that LOVE to eat our jerky. Laughing and visiting with weekly jerky lovers of all kinds! There is nothing like seeing a smile or a nod of the head that says hello as we yell out "BRISKET BEEF JERKY". What a great way to spend a sunny California day.

Tuesday & Saturday- Torrance Farmers Market 8-1pm
Thursday- Woodland Hills Kaiser Farmers market 9-2pm
Friday- Baldwin Park Kaiser Farmers Market 8-1:30pm
Sunday- Brentwood Farmers Market 9-2pm

Our Team

Chris Hill is who you will see at our farmers markets in Brentwood, Baldwin Park, Woodland Hills and Torrance. Everyday meeting new people and enjoying the one on one with each customer. Giving out tender brisket samples. He is the cowboy of Rock Ridge jerky. You may even hear his spurs clink as he walks by.

Kristina Hill is who did sell at our farmers markets is now doing all of the artwork, graphic design, filming and social media posts. Managing our website and making sure the Brisket jerky is fresh smoked and brought to you for snacking pleasure.
