Here at Rock Ridge Jerky, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please give us a call or email and we will be happy to refund your purchase. This rarely happens but rest assured we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our brisket beef jerky.
